He is committed to contributing to the profitable growth and development of Judge through his leadership and technical skills in global business strategy and expansion, global delivery, strategic IT outsourcing and workforce solutions space. Coupled with the 3I mantra (Intent, Intelligence, and Integrity), Abhishek attributes his rise at The Judge Group to his passion for learning, building business, and successful teams. He has taken the learnings from his extensive career and encapsulated them into his book, The 3I Effect, to help others lead a successful and wholesome life.
