At Judge India Solutions, we are looking for exceptional talent and high performers to join our ServiceNow practice team who can help us build the ServiceNow business.

We seek an experienced, successful ServiceNow Strategic Sales Manager to join our growing ServiceNow solutions team, supporting the North Americas as a sales territory. In this role, you will be responsible for executing account strategy and sales pursuits to realize growth for Judge’s ServiceNow business & practice. This includes but is not limited to Global Managed and Professional Services and ServiceNow Licensing resale.

By leveraging our vast knowledge base to execute initiatives, we deliver both short-term and long-term value to our clients and apply continuous service improvement to deliver transformational benefits to our customers. Required Skills:
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in selling IT services/License subscriptions for ServiceNow/BMC/SFDC.
  • Experience in running customer workshops, designing and defending solutions, and managing project delivery.
  • Ability to target net new accounts (Hunter).
  • Ability to drive profitable revenue generation.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers
  • Industry verticals: BFSI, Healthcare, Pharma, Manufacturing, TMT
Applicants with experience in sales of ServiceNow, BMC, or Salesforce will be preferred. Verify your experience before applying.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market.
  • Support customers to envision the value of a digital transformation and support the development of strategy by partnering with the rest of the account team, customers, and partners.
  • Prospecting & building pipeline for the region.
  • Taking active opportunities from discovery to closing accounts.
  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve the vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
Consultative Selling:
  • Engage with potential clients to understand their technology needs and challenges.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our solutions.
  • Offer customized technology solutions that meet client requirements.
Negotiation and Closing:
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to secure deals.
  • Close sales and achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
Market Knowledge:
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
  • Use market insights to position our products or services effectively.
Sales Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in technology sales or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of technology products or services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and result oriented.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools like ZoomInfo, Lusha, etc.
  • Valid work permit for North America.
  • Excellent C-Suite connections or C-1 (Influencers, Decision makers).
